Classroom Teachers (Hiring for 2026-2027): We seek candidates with warmth, patience, enthusiasm, joy, and the ability to use Waldorf methods to make the curriculum and naturally embedded state standards come alive for the children. The ideal candidate will be a loving authority figure to the children, and balance high academic standards, the ability to respect and engender the respect of students, the knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm to engage students of all temperaments and ability levels, and the interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with colleagues, administration, and parents. Currently hiring for Early Childhood Education (TK & K), Elementary, and Middle School positions.

Substitute Teachers for Grades TK-8th: We occasionally need substitutes to provide instructional and classroom management support for absent teachers - lesson plans are provided. A substitute teaching permit or regular CA teaching is required.

Board of Directors (Volunteer): We welcome applications for potential Board member seats from all eligible members of the community with knowledge and experience relevant to the school and work of the Board.
